The "Hong Kong-wide English Speech Contest" will select ten winners who will receive sponsored scholarships to participate in international youth exchange camps organized by over 100 Lions Clubs overseas. The youth exchange camp brings together outstanding young people from around the world, creating an environment for international cooperation and nurturing them into future leaders with a global perspective, cultural exchange skills, and leadership abilities.
