Earlier in May, during lunchtime, our schoolmates served the students from the neighbouring Christian Remembrance of Grace Primary School and Tai Po Baptist Public School through games and small activities. Although our students had to sacrifice part of their lunch break, it was truly worthwhile to see the primary school students enjoying themselves and getting fully involved. Through this service, our students learned the meaning of “It is more blessed to give than to receive.” They became more caring towards one another and further learned how to serve the community.
The CPU English Drama Team prepared two original productions and showcased stellar performances on stage on 13 and 14 May. Thank you for the hard work they had poured into the shows over the last few months. We also thank Mr. Henry and Ms Mio, the coach for their unwavering support throughout the journey.

The afternoon was filled with laughter and cheers of encouragement, fostering deep and meaningful communication between parents and children. It was a truly enjoyable and memorable experience for both students and parents alike.
Xi’an Cultural Study Tour The Supervisor, Principal, and teachers led a delegation of 40 students on a visit to Xi’an, where they paid a visit to our sister school, toured the Terracotta Army at the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor, and explored the historic ancient capital, gaining first-hand insight into the profound heritage of Chinese culture.
The Hong Kong Chemistry Olympiad for Secondary Schools is a project learning competition jointly organized by the Hong Kong Association for Science and Mathematics Education (HKASME). It aims at promoting the interest of students in learning Chemistry and developing students’ problem solving, communication and science process skills through project learning. Hong Kong Science Fair is dedicated to providing an interactive platform for students to tackle community challenges through innovative and human-centric approaches. Students are going to apply their knowledge of science, technology, and design to develop hardware prototypes and learn how to refine and present their own ideas. The IET Faraday Challenge is an annual competition of STEM activity days, which are designed to be cross curricular and cover hands on activities spanning science, technology, engineering and maths. The HKPhO is co-organised by the Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education, the Education Bureau and the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology. The HKPhO has been organised to promote physics education in Hong Kong and provide an enhancement platform for students with high potential in physics. Apart from the HKPhO, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology will conduct the follow-on enhancement programmes for the high-achieving students. Five students with outstanding performance in the follow-on training sessions will be selected to represent Hong Kong to take part in the International Physics Olympiad (IPhO).
