By promoting knowledge of national territory, natural resources, and human geography, the competition significantly enhances Hong Kong youth’s understanding of China’s territorial landscape and their sense of national sovereignty. Authorized by the Publicity and Education Center of the Ministry of Natural Resources, the competition is being held in Hong Kong for the first time. It has received strong support from the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department of the HKSAR, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Office of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, the Hong Kong Museum of History, the Hong Kong Federation of Education Workers, China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited, and the China Education Exchange (Hong Kong and Macao) Center. Our school received the “Best Organization Award”, and four students won the third-class award in this competition.
