The Second Rookie Debating Cup (Secondary School Division) distinguishes itself from traditional debate competitions by requiring each team to include at least two junior secondary debaters in every match. The competition aims to nurture young debaters and provide junior students with valuable experience in debating competitions. This year marks our school’s first participation in the event, and we are honored to have advanced to the Top 16. The competition encourages our senior secondary debaters to guide their junior teammates—embodying the spirit of “passing on the torch” in debate.
