On Saturday, January 24, 2026, 12 pairs of Form 1 and Form 2 students and their parents joined us for a delightful cake-making adventure! We gathered at the 3rd-floor studio of Hang Heung Cake Shop in Yuen Long to whip up some delicious brownies.
Thanks to the instructor's clear guidance, everyone had a blast getting hands-on with their baking. Our talented students even let their creativity shine by adding adorable and fun decorations to their cakes!
The two-hour workshop flew by in a flash. Afterwards, families explored the Hang Heung Heritage Gallery on the 2nd floor, diving into the bakery's rich history and Hong Kong's traditional wedding culture. To top it all off, everyone walked away with a $50 cash coupon and some tasty Hang Heung snacks. It was truly a rewarding and fruitful day for all!
