F1 Lunchtime Picture Book Sharing Session

2026-10-29
On Wednesday, October 28th, we held our second Secondary One Lunchtime Picture Book Sharing Session of this academic year. With the mid-term exams just around the corner, junior form students have been fully immersed in their revision. To tap into how students truly feel about the upcoming exams, the Library specially selected the picture book ‘I Made a Robot to Pretend to Be Me’. Through this story, students explored whether they, too, wished a clone or robot could take their place and help them revise. The core message of the book is profound: every single individual is unique, and no one else can ever truly "pretend" to be you. To wrap up the session, teacher librarian presented the participating students with candies to encourage them to work hard and keep up the great effort with their revision.
