The CPU English Drama Team prepared two original productions and showcased stellar performances on stage on 13 and 14 May. Thank you for the hard work they had poured into the shows over the last few months. We also thank Mr. Henry and Ms Mio, the coach for their unwavering support throughout the journey.

The afternoon was filled with laughter and cheers of encouragement, fostering deep and meaningful communication between parents and children. Xi’an Cultural Study Tour The Supervisor, Principal, and teachers led a delegation of 40 students on a visit to Xi’an, where they paid a visit to our sister school, toured the Terracotta Army at the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor, and explored the historic ancient capital, gaining first-hand insight into the profound heritage of Chinese culture.
We are thrilled to share that our students and teachers successfully participated in the Breakthrough Flag Day last Saturday, April 25! It was a meaningful morning filled with energy and community spirit. The event was a joy for everyone involved; both students and teachers thoroughly enjoyed the experience, finding great fulfillment in serving our community together. We hope that the funds raised will bring comfort and support to those in need. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Mr. Tsang and Ms. Chan for their dedicated leadership in guiding our students through this impactful activity. Our F.5 student, Feng Weitao, has been awarded the Outstanding Student Recognition Award by HKEAMA. He excelled in athletics, shone in Handbell performance, and triumphed in the 75th Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival. His achievements showcase perseverance, talent, and a commitment to excellence. At the same ceremony, Mr. Li Lut Yin received the Outstanding Teacher Award for his exceptional leadership. Under his guidance, our athletics team captured overall championships in both boys’ and girls’ divisions and set five new records. His dedication has inspired students to reach new heights. Congratulations to Feng Weitao and Mr. Li on these outstanding achievements!
Our F.5 student, Chen Yu Kwan, participated in the 44th Tai Po District Inter-School Dance Competition. With her piece “Wrinkles of Time”, she was awarded the Silver Prize. The dance seeks to represent life as a piece of cloth with wrinkles, and through the performance, one learns to embrace these wrinkles.
At the 6th “Hong Kong Chinese Music Competition,” our school’s Chinese Orchestra delivered an outstanding performance. In the Chinese Ensemble category, the members demonstrated superb artistry and resilience through their rendition of the song “Bullfighting” , a piece depicting Dong ethnic customs. Their efforts were rewarded with the Gold Award.
Our Senior football team delivered an impressive performance in the Inter-school Futsal Competition. After advancing to the second round, they defeated Tin Ka Ping Secondary School and Caritas Fanling Chan Chun Ha Secondary School, ultimately securing fourth place. Congratulations to our students, and thanks to the coaches and teachers for their guidance and support.
