The Inauguration Ceremony for Student Leaders including Student Union, Houses, Prefects, Student Counselors, Student Librarians, Fellowship, Academic Societies and Community Youth Club was successfully held. The ceremony commenced with an opening speech by Principal Wong, focusing on the themes of “Mindset, Passion and Capability”. Each head student leader expressed their honour of this appointment and shared their commitment to serving the school and their fellow schoolmates in the upcoming academic year.
2025-11-14The International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO) 2026 – Hong Kong Screening is co-organised by Education Bureau (EDB), the Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education (HKAGE), Hong Kong Association for Science and Mathematics Education (HKASME). Students who have outstanding performance in the screening test would receive awards and be given a chance to join an intensive training programme on advanced science topics. After the programme, six students may be selected to represent Hong Kong to participate in the 23rd International Junior Science Olympiad. In this year’s screening test, 3 out of 6 of our team members are awarded with second-class award. The other 3 students also received a third-class award. WICE is a competition held by the Indonesian Young Scientist Association (IYSA) and Mahsa University. It serves as a learning platform to nurture young talented inventors who are active, creative, and innovative. Hong Kong Secondary Schools Software Development Invitational Contest (SDIC) is organized by the Hong Kong Association for Computer Education (HKACE). Through the SDIC competition, all full-time secondary students in Hong Kong can participate in the China Computer Federation's (CCF) CSP non-professional level certification. Students are required to solve programming problems using C++ within a time limit. Young Professionals Exhibition & Competition (YPEC) is an annual engineering project exhibition and presentation competition hosted by the Younger Members Section of the IET Hong Kong.
